Crafting Quests and Trainers
To improve your crafting skills, you can train with various trainers in the cities of Varanas, Dalanis, and Obsidian Stronghold. Trainers in Heffner Camp offer free training without requiring any quests.

Crafting Development Certificates
- Craftsman Development Certificate - Increases the limit of craftsman professions by 1 (maximum 3).
- Expert Development Certificate - Increases the limit of expert professions by 1 (maximum 6).
- Master Development Certificate - Increases the limit of master professions by 1 (maximum 7).
- Legend Development Certificate - Increases the limit of legend professions by 1 (maximum 7).
The certificates only increase the total limit and do not change the separation between the types of professions.
Encyclopedias
If you want to progress without standing permanently at one of the crafting stations, you can also buy encyclopedias in the Item Shop. They are only usable inside your residence and will grant you experience points in the profession you choose. There are books for each crafting skill. For example you want to level your Alchemy, you can buy the following books:
- Alchemy Encyclopedia I (30 Days) - usable between alchemy level 1 and 20
- Alchemy Encyclopedia II (30 Days) - usable between alchemy level 21 and 40
- Alchemy Encyclopedia III (30 Days) - usable between alchemy level 41 and 60
- How to Become an Alchemy Genius (30 Days) - usable between alchemy level 61 and 80
- Universal Compendium of Alchemy (30 Days) - usable between alchemy level 81 and 100
