¶ Device Amount
These steps can help you, if you get the following sentence when trying to log in
"Max allowed device amount has reached for this account. Avoid sharing your login or using others' accounts."
If you see this message, it means that your MAC addresses have reached the maximum amount allowed. You can write us to reset these.
Also please try to change your PC settings to not change your MAC randomly. For that follow these steps:
- Go to your PC settings
- Go to Network and Internet
- Go to WIFI settings
- Find "Random hardware addresses" and turn it off
