In Chronicles of Arcadia exist a Relationship system. This means, that you can create Relationships with other players. Each will give you different benefits as soon, as you fight enemies together. When your partner is on the brink of death extra effects will become available.
There are 6 different kinds of Relationships. These are:
|
There can only be one type of relationship between two players. If you want to change the relationship, you will have to abandon the existing one and make a new one. To enter a relationship with someone, you need to go to the Elven Sanctuary in Lost Island of Atlantis. There you will find the NPCs Meri and Glenn. NPC Meri will help you, if you want to get married or if you want to enter Garden Eden. NPC Glenn is selling Items, you need to buy to create a Relationship.
To get married, you and your partner will have to buy rings. They are called Wedding Ring of the Sunrise and Wedding Ring of the Moonlight. Each of it will give you another buff (Sunrise – magical/physical Attack, Moonlight – magical/physical Defense). So, take care which one you have while marrying. You need to have the opposite ring of the player you are marrying.
These you can either buy in the Item Shop or at Meri. The difference between the ring from Item Shop and the ring from Meri is, that there is no Cool Down for the Item Shop ring, but you need Love Crystals, to use it.
To establish a family relationship, you have to buy a Genealogy. This you have to trade to the person; you want the relationship with. It doesn’t matter who trades it to whom, because the buff you will get is same for both players. The family relationship will give you a health points buff. |
For this relationship, you have to care who trades the Family Tree to whom. The parent will get the physical attack buff and the child the magical attack. So, if you want to get the physical attack, you have to trade it to the other player and will become the parent. |
This relationship will give you a drop buff. It doesn’t matter who trade it, the buff will be same for both players. |
Same as for the Family relationship, both players will get the same buff. In this case the buff will give you more mana points. You will need the Love Letter. |
The one who trades it to the other player will become the disciple. Each player will get another buff. The Master will get Talent points and the Disciple will get Experience points. |
